Citi Personal Loan: rates, loan amounts, fees and eligibility rules
The Citi Personal Loan is a fixed-rate, unsecured installment loan from Citibank for borrowers who want to consolidate debt or pay for a one-time expense such as a home repair.
You can check your rate with a soft credit inquiry, then apply online or by phone.
When we checked Citi's page on September 30, 2026, it listed APRs of 10.24% to 18.49% (Citi's rates as of September 29, 2026), terms of 12 to 60 months and loans of $2,000 to $30,000, or up to $50,000 for some existing Citi customers. The lowest rate assumes excellent credit, a 36- or 48-month term and a 0.25% AutoPay discount. Citi says there are no origination fees, late fees or prepayment penalties.
This is an independent guide. We are not a lender, we do not take applications, and this is not financial advice: Citi decides whether you are approved and what rate you get. Use this summary to decide whether a Citi rate check belongs on your shortlist.
